Unlocking New Beginnings at The Clearing Community Center in Union Market, D.C.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of holding the keys to a dream—a physical manifestation of hard work, vision, and a commitment to building something meaningful. Today, I’m excited (and a bit nervous) to share that we’ve officially received the keys to The Clearing Community Center, home to FlowWell Yoga, in Union Market, Washington, D.C.

This moment brings a mix of emotions. I feel both exhilarated and humbled by the journey that has brought us to this point. The Clearing isn’t just a space; it’s a vision for what wellness, creativity, and community can look like when people come together. Here, we’re laying the foundation for transformative practices and deep connections, and I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish in this space.

This center is more than walls and floors; it’s a place of gathering, healing, and growth. I look forward to welcoming each of you to experience everything we’ve dreamed up—from Freedom Flow (Sunday Service) classes to community events that uplift and inspire. I’m expectant for the future and all the ways The Clearing will serve as a home for all of us.
