Unity Flow x FlowWell Yoga and Black Folx Wellness Collective

Beyond identity and deeply rooted in shared politic and character. Community challenges convenience— demanding us to honor values, to confront and correct. It is contractual. It is the cloud of witnesses and the lush soil, where we do what we gotta do for people, for when people thrive are the only way community thrives.

Community is more than a group of people of shared identity in the same place, at the same time.

Community—much like yoga—shifts the way we do life and living.

It’s a place where my joy is your joy, your sorrow is my sorrow— where I can’t make it if you don’t either.

It’s a place where we fortify and hold steady; where we hold eachother up and stand in the gap when necessary.

It’s the place of radical confrontation and accountability; it’s a holding space for dreaming, being and becoming.

Across the entire LifeWell Ecosystem we’re exploring new possibilities of care, connection, community, and justice.

To be in community— one must BE in community.
