Our mission is to create space for Black folxs to be well by providing free to low-cost programming to nurture and fortify the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our ever growing community.

We envision spaces overflowing in freedom, where Black Folxs have the ability to be and become, living in the fullness thereof.

    Sundays at 12:15pm

    Join us for an amazing in-person yoga event at Sukha Center! Get ready to unwind and find your inner peace with our Sunday Soul Flow. Each Week BFWC teachers put their own flare on their classes, but all of them center our mission: To Create Space for Black folxs to be well.

  • Virtual Gentle Yoga

    1st and 2nd Wednesdays 7:30 pm

    Join us for a mid-week pause as we release pent-up tension with a Gentle Yoga class led by Jahmal, RYT 200. We'll move through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, and flexibility.

    The mission of the Black Folxs Wellness Collective (BFWC) Reading Groups is to create spaces of transformative exploration through literature, fostering connections, self-discovery, and community growth. We believe that through the written word, we can reshape our perspectives, reimagine our relationships, and realize our collective potential.
